1 · Senior Operations Manager
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day trucking operations (FTL, LTL & specialized freight) and 3PL partners.
- Own P&L, KPI dashboards, route optimization and cost control.
- Drive safety culture, fleet compliance (DOT/FMCSA) and carrier performance.
- Scale new service lines—warehousing, customs brokerage, cross-border lanes.
- Mentor dispatch, procurement and warehouse teams (≈30 people).
What you bring
- 8 + years in U.S. freight / supply-chain leadership; 3 + years at senior-manager level.
- Data-driven mindset (TMS/WMS, Power BI or similar).
- Proven record reducing OTR cost & improving on-time delivery.
- Bilingual English + Mandarin preferred.
2 · Immigration Consulting Advisor
What you’ll do
- Evaluate client profiles and craft customized EB-5 Direct, EB-1A/C, L-1 → EB-1C and family-based strategies.
- Prepare source-of-funds, business plans, pro forma and petition packets with partner attorneys.
- Host webinars, seminars and one-on-one pitches for HNWIs in APAC & North America.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and hit quarterly conversion targets.
What you bring
- 3 + years in U.S. immigration advisory, private-client law or wealth management.
- Familiarity with USCIS policy updates and SEC compliance for investor offerings.
- Excellent presentation skills; native-level English plus fluent Mandarin or Cantonese.
3 · Cross-Border Medical Consulting Advisor
What you’ll do
- Liaise with Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, MGH and tier-one IVF centers for critical-care & fertility cases.
- Translate medical files; arrange tele-consults, quotations, visas and treatment itineraries.
- Provide white-glove concierge support (airport pickup, lodging, billing assistance).
- Build referral partnerships with physicians and HNWI family offices.
What you bring
- Clinical or healthcare-administration background; 2 + years in international patient services.
- Working knowledge of U.S. hospital billing & insurance practices.
- Empathy, discretion and cross-cultural communication finesse.
