Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MYG GROUP collects, uses, and shares information on myggroup.us. The Site does not offer user accounts and does not sell products.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how MYG GROUP ("MYG GROUP," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit myggroup.us (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
MYG GROUP is a consulting firm located at 19100 Von Karman Ave, Irvine, CA 92612, United States. The Site is a simple informational website. It does not offer user accounts, logins, or profiles, and it does not sell products or process payments.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us by email or telephone, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, telephone number, and the details of your inquiry. We ask that you not send sensitive personal information to us, and not include more detail than is needed for us to respond.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website hosting provider automatically records limited technical information for security and reliability — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request (server logs).
Cookies. The Site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function properly. It does not use advertising cookies. If we later add website analytics, we will update this Policy and this section before doing so.
No user accounts. Because the Site does not offer accounts or logins, we do not create account profiles and we do not hold dormant-account data.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- operate, secure, and maintain the Site;
- keep records of our communications; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Service providers and third parties
We work with a small number of service providers to operate the Site and our business. Currently this is limited to website hosting and infrastructure — our hosting provider (Netlify) stores the Site and records the server logs described above.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us, and are expected to protect it. If we add other providers in the future — for example, a website analytics provider — we will update this section. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
We may also disclose information for legal reasons — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MYG GROUP, our clients, or others — and in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Records of inquiries and correspondence are kept while we address your matter and for a reasonable period afterward for our records — generally no longer than 24 months — unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute. After that, we delete or anonymize the information.
6. Your choices and rights, and how to request deletion
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to update it, or to request that we delete it.
Response time. After we receive and verify a request to access or delete your information, we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you and explain why, as permitted by law. We will delete or anonymize the information unless we are required or permitted to keep it — for example, to comply with a legal obligation, to complete a transaction you requested, for security purposes, or to establish or defend legal claims.
California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may give you the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request access to or deletion of your personal information; request correction of inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As stated above, we do not sell or "share" personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.
7. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no website or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data breach notification
If a security incident occurs that affects your personal information, we will investigate it and will notify affected individuals — and any regulators or authorities — as and when required by applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International visitors
MYG GROUP is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.

If we make a material change to how we handle personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify users and, where required by law, obtain consent before the change applies to information collected before that change. Please review this page periodically.
